Thursday: C&J (EMOM) + Upper Gym EMOM/Core + Rowing MAP
A) 3 Hg P Cl @ 70% of 1RM P Cl, every 60s x 5 mins.
B) Death by T2B
*perform 1 T2B in the first minute, 2 in the 2nd, 3 in the 3rd, etc…..until you can no longer complete the required reps within the 60s allowed.
C) 10-8-6-4-2, for time:
