A) BSq @ 10X1 tempo, 3×10 reps, rest 2 mins
*increase this by 5lbs on last week’s efforts.
B) For Time:
800m Run
10 SDBJ @ 30″
800m Run
20 SDBJ @ 24″
800m Run
30 SDBJ @ 20″
*modify distance run (can row also) and height of box jump as needed….this should not take more than 30 mins.
