We like to take a different approach to our program when it comes to CrossFit. We believe in programming for longevity and subscribe to the minimum effective dose, or not doing more work than you have to, to get the desired effect. Unlike other gyms, we still test and program towards weaknesses here, so we get people balanced and strong. In our opinion, our program is also very well rounded when it comes to the focus. What that means is we don’t just focus on one aspect of fitness. We cover them all. We hit a strength everyday, we hit our energy systems throughout the week, and we don’t leave anything out. This is the only way to get to a truly greater level of fitness. Of course, you just have to show up and put in work.
