Since CrossFit has had an emphasis on weightlifting for the past few years, it’s no wonder it has become so popular. Our weightlifting program is coached and programmed by a top level coaches. The classes are hands on and you will without a doubt get much better at your lifts. Whether you want to get stronger and compete in the sport of weightlifting or if you want to be more efficient at the WODs with lifts in them, this is a great choice.
