*all challenging sets, no fails.
B1) CGBP @ 40X1 tempo, 3×4 reps, rest 90s
B2) AMRAP Strict Pronated Pull Ups x 3 sets, rest 90s
*ring rows if you can’t do more than 5 pull ups
C) 500m Row @ 85-90% Effort x 3 sets, rest 2 min b/w sets
*all sets MUST be within 5s of each other
