2 DBL KB Front Reverse Lunges/leg + 2 DBL KB FSq x 4 reps x 4 sets, rest 2 mins b/w sets.
B) P Cl + Above Knee Hg P Cl + FSq + Split Jerk, 1.1.1.1, every 90s – build to a moderate set.
C) 15 min EMOM:
Min 1: 20 Alternating Deadbugs
Min 2: 30-40s Front Bridge
Min 3: 10-15s L Sit/Hanging Knee Raise
Min 4: 20-30s Hollow Rock Hold
Min 5: 8 Single Leg Glute Bridges/side
