A) Alternating DB Step Ups @ 24/20”, 3×10 reps/leg, rest 2 mins b/w sets
*switch feet on box, foot of working leg remains on top of box (never are both feet on the ground at the same time)
B) Sq Cl + Split Jerk, 2.1, every 2 mins x 4 sets @ 75-80% of 1RM C&J
C) 8 Rounds of:
50ft L Arm Farmer Carry @ tough load
50ft R Arm Farmer Carry @ tough load
8 Push Up Burpees (Strict Push Up)
