Thursday: SL (step/lunge) + C&J (mod/vol) + Core
A) 3 sets of:
20 Alternating DB Step Ups @ 24/20”, rest 2 mins b/w sets
*switch on top of box, 10 reps/leg – choose tough load…..hold DBs at side.
B) Sq Cl + Split Jerk, 2.1, every 2 mins x 5 sets @ 80% of 1RM C&J
C) 400m Farmer Carry @ tough load, for time
