B) Sq Sn, 1.1. every 2 mins x 5 sets @ 80% of 1RM Sq Sn
*drop each rep, from OH – try and build on last week’s efforts by 2.5-5lbs
C) 10ft DBL KB Farmer Carry + 2 DBL KB DL x 50ft x 3 sets, rest 2 mins b/w sets.
