Wednesday: DL (int) + Mixed Work AMRAP
A) TNG Mixed Grip DL, work to a moderate single, rest as needed
B) 20 Min EMOM:
Min 1: 1 Burpee to 6″ OH Reach
Min 2: 10 DUs
*each minute the burpees increase by 2 reps, the DUs by 10. For example: Min 3 = 3 Burpees, Min 4 = 20 DUs
*goal is to finish the EMOM.
