A) FSq+BSq @ 20X1 tempo, 3×5+5 reps, work to a moderate set of 5 reps, rest 2 mins
*perform 5 FSq, re-rack barbell, then perform 5 BSq then rest 2 mins.
B) Pause P Sn + Above Knee Hg Sq Sn + OHS, 1.1.1, every 75s x 8 sets. Build every other set.
*pause 2s at knee before continuing.
C) 5 Rounds of:
50 DUs
100ft L Arm Farmer Carry @ tough load
100ft R Arm Farmer Carry @ tough load
100ft Walking Lunge
