10 Barbell Russian Step Ups @ 24/20″, rest 60s b/w legs
*barbell on back
B) Pause P Cl + Above Knee Hg Sq Cl + Split Jerk, 1.1.1, every 90s x 6 sets. Build every other set.
*pause 2s @ knee.
C) 5 Min of:
30s DBL KB FRC @ 20/16kg per hand
30s DBL KB Farmer Carry @ 20/16kg per hand
*do NOT stop moving for full 5 mins – scale loads as needed
