A) FSq+BSq @ 20X1 tempo, 3×5+5 reps, work to a moderate set of 5 reps, rest 2 mins
*perform 5 FSq, re-rack barbell, then perform 5 BSq then rest 2 mins….try and build on last week’s effort if able.
B) P Sn + Above Knee Hg P Sn + Above Knee Hg Sq Sn, 1.1.1, every 90s – work to a tough set.
C) 5 Rounds of:
200ft Farmer Carry @ tough load
2 Rope Climb to 15′
