B) Front Rack Reverse Barbell Lunge, 3×6 reps/leg, alternate legs every set, rest 2 mins b/w sets

C) 12 Min EMOM:

Min 1: 12 KBS @ 32/24kg

Min 2: 100ft DBL KB FRC @ tough load/hand

Min 3: 30-40s Front Bridge
