8 L Leg DB RDL @ 20X0 tempo, no rest
8 R Leg DB RDL @ 20X0 tempo, rest 60s
*hold DBs in each hand for both movements.
C) 3 sets of:
60s Wall Deadbug, rest 60s

20-40s Hollow Rock hold, every 60s
