B) 3 sets of:

50ft R Leg Walking Lunge (hold DB in L hand), no rest

50ft L Leg Walking Lunge (hold DB in R hand), rest 90s

*first 50ft stepping forward with R leg ONLY – L foot only every steps back under midline, not in front of body…..vice versa in the next 50ft…choose tough load.

C) 10 Min EMOM:

Min 1: 10 Russian KBS @ 32+/24+kg

Min 2: 20-30s Hollow Rock Hold.
