A) P Sn + Below Knee Hg Sq Sn, 1.1, work to a tough set.

B) 15 Min EMOM:

Min 1: 30s Free Standing HS Hold Practice (against wall or open floor….HS Hold only if needed)

Min 2: 30-40ft HS Walk Practice

Min 3: 1-2 BMU (jumping BMU, for those strong enough, kipping practice for others)

C) 5 Rounds, for time:

30 DUs

5 C2B Pull Ups

10 Ring Dips

10 Jumping Switch Lunges (5 reps/side)
