Training At Every Level
We are staffed with a team of coaches who are certified to work with all levels of athletes. Whether you are in need of a specific weight loss program, masters populations, those with injuries that preclude them from participating in group activities, athletic development, weight gain, olympic weightlifting, running technique and training, gymnastics skills training, nutrition, sports performance and CrossFit competitors, we got you. Specific needs are addressed on a case by case basis and a plan is developed during the 1-on-1 introductory training session.
Without a doubt, the fastest and most effective way for anyone to get to their personal goals. Don’t get us wrong our group classes will get you great results also, but having someone create an individual program just for you will get you to those goals a whole lot quicker. We want to set you up for success in group classes and we believe the only way to do that is through personal training. Our coaches will cover a multitude of areas here whether it be nutrition, flexibility, imbalances, weaknesses, correcting movement patterns. They all have the level of education to get you to those goals safely and have you feeling and looking better in a hurry.
CrossFit & Fitness
We like to take a different approach to our program when it comes to CrossFit. We believe in programming for longevity and subscribe to the minimum effective dose, or not doing more work than you have to, to get the desired effect. Unlike other gyms, we still test and program towards weaknesses here, so we get people balanced and strong. In our opinion, our program is also very well rounded when it comes to the focus. What that means is we don’t just focus on one aspect of fitness. We cover them all. We hit a strength everyday, we hit our energy systems throughout the week, and we don’t leave anything out. This is the only way to get to a truly greater level of fitness. Of course, you just have to show up and put in work.
They are our future and we should prepare them properly with the knowledge and skills to live a healthy life. Our KidsFit program is designed to teach the kiddos the importance of healthy habits, proper movement, and self accountability. We take them through fun workouts, which are almost playtime. If the kids enjoy, they will want to do it more, so we are sure to make every day fun for them.
Olympic lifting has gained a lot of ground and there is a lot of crossover from CrossFit to weightlifting and vice versa. They go very well with each other. Since CrossFit has had an emphasis on weightlifting for the past few years, it’s no wonder it has become so popular. Our weightlifting program is coached and programmed by a top level coaches. The classes are hands on and you will without a doubt get much better at your lifts. Whether you want to get stronger and compete in the sport of weightlifting or if you want to be more efficient at the WODs with lifts in them, this is a great choice.
If you want to compete, you have to put in the time! This program covers more complicated movements more regularly, includes am and pm sessions. It requires a bigger time commitment and that also means more focus on recovery. If you want to compete or take your fitness to a higher level, this is the program for you.
We cannot say enough about this or how important it truly is. We always have people tell us that they want to get lean, see abs, or perform better. Well ladies and gents, most of that starts in the kitchen and if you aren’t eating what you should be, everything else suffers. We have a very individualized program that takes the guess work out of what, when, and how much you should be eating. For the best results, it should really start here. We are here to educate you on the dos and don’ts. This isn’t a lifelong path. Our goal here is to educate you to where you can make your own smart decisions for your daily nutrition.
Our focus for this camp to to increase athletic performance. For athletes who want to hold themselves accountable and continue to work on their skills. We plan on developing quickness, agility, balance, coordination, and speed/power with the exercises and drills that will be incorporated during this camp. These are also things that go into preventing injury but also enhance performance.
