2 DBL KB Front Rack Reverse Lunges (1/side) + 2 DBL KB FSq x 5 reps, rest 2 mins b/w sets
*24/16kg per hand
B) Sq Sn, 1.1. every 2 mins x 5 sets @ 80% of 1RM Sq Sn
*drop each rep, from OH – try and build on last week’s efforts again by 2.5-5lbs
C) 5 Rounds of:
100ft Farmer Carry @ TOUGH load
1 Rope Climb to 15’
30s FLR on Rings
