Min 1: 30s HS Walk Practice (HS Hold if needed)
Min 2: 1 RMU every 30s (Kipping Pull Up Practice if needed)
Min 3: 4-6 Unbroken Kipping HSPU

B) Every 5 mins x 6 sets
400m Run
8 DB Burpee C&J @ 35/25lbs per hand
