A) Sq Cl + Split Jerk, 2.1, every 2 mins x 5 sets @ 80% of 1RM C&J
*again, shoot for 5-10lbs more than last week.
B) 20 Min AMRAP:
10 Cal AB
20 Walking Lunges (10 reps/leg)
10 Up Downs (plank to bridge to plank = 1 rep, 5 reps/side)
