KidsFit
Ages 6-11. Play-based program designed to keep the kids moving while also having fun. Teaching them respect for themselves and others while socializing in a fun and positive atmosphere with other kids. They will not only learn some of the movements like squats, planks, and burpees, they will also learn about nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.
