Change can be scary, but its less scary with friends!
Periodically, our gym hosts what we call "Bring A Friend Week." This is an event designed to introduce new individuals to the CrossFit community by allowing members to invite friends to participate in workouts for an entire week. This initiative fosters community engagement and provides newcomers with a comprehensive experience of the gym's offerings.

- Dates: April 7th through the 11th
- Time: All regular class times are open for guests during this week.
